A dental implant is a small titanium post that replaces the root of a missing tooth. Once it fuses with the jawbone, it supports a crown, bridge or denture that feels and chews like a natural tooth.
We plan every implant on a cone beam CT scan and print a surgical guide so the post goes exactly where the final tooth needs it. Because surgery and the final crown happen in the same office, you are not bounced between specialists.

A custom zirconia or porcelain tooth, shade matched to your neighbors and shaped to fit your bite. It is the only part anyone ever notices.
A small post that screws into the implant and passes through the gum. It holds the crown firmly and lets us replace the crown later without new surgery.
A threaded titanium post placed in the jawbone with a 3D-printed guide. Over a few months, bone grows tightly around it, which is called osseointegration.

Your crown is fitted, bite checked and polished. Then it is regular checkups.
